I joined Project One after a 31 year career in commercial banking. The latter half of my time was spent managing and directing large strategic programmes both in the UK and overseas. These programmes included, creating operational processing centres, outsourcing, offshoring, moving a regional head office from London to Johannesburg and a cost reduction programme to name but a few. Since joining Project one I have applied my change management and delivery skills across a number of clients in different sectors. The assignments have been interesting and varied and have ranged from creating and launching a new clothing brand in the UK for a leading retailer to delivering a five year price review for a utility company to its regulator.
