I have led change delivery initiatives for the past three decades, helping organisations shape and realise their ambitions for business growth, transformation, and performance improvement. I have considerable experience in delivering technology-enabled change, embedding innovation and transformation capabilities, and managing whole service lifecycles.
I believe in people-centred change and putting customers and users at the intersection of strategy, design and delivery thinking. I have worked across a diverse range of geographies and industry sectors including public service organisations, retail, manufacturing and technology.
