I have been fortunate in my early career to work for some of the World’s leading organisations including Hewlett-Packard, Mars, and Heinz. They all had a real purpose, strong values, and a clear focus over time to continuously change to serve their customer’s needs. From my start in Engineering and Manufacturing, my own change journey has led me from the UK to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and lately Saudi Arabia, working with diverse teams across a wide variety of regions and sectors.
I’ve been privileged to be part of creating the Transformational and Organisational change required for companies to both anticipate and respond to our constantly changing world, while building more agile, more responsive, and more successful organisations for the future.
Why I joined Project One
I have been both a consultant and part of the leadership team at Project One over the last decade and like the customer organisations I’ve been privileged to work with, I’ve seen Project One change, adapt and grow into not just the UK’s largest, but the UK’s most effective independent change consultancy.
