I am a highly experienced delivery professional specialising in establishing and maturing delivery controls, governance and PMOs to create impactful change. I have over 15 years’ experience in both consulting and in-house delivery of major transformation and strategic change programmes. I am passionate about enabling teams to deliver the very best outcomes possible while maintaining the agility and pace needed for successful change.

 

From programme and project mobilisation through the full delivery life cycle I have gained my experience across a wide variety of industries including Financial Services, Transport, Health, Utilities, FMCG and Government.
