Rajat Agarwal

Consulting Director

I began my career in 2001, and over all these years I worked in India, US and the UK.
I’ve helped organisations navigate complex change, consistently exceeding growth targets while shaping high impact transformation initiatives. Now, with around two and half decades of experience across sales, customer relationship management, programme delivery, and change management, my role at Project One gives me the opportunity to bring that expertise to a diverse range of customers.

 

I have worked across multiple sectors, including financial services, life science, healthcare, oil and gas, energy, and reinsurance, and across the full lifecycle of transformation programmes, from shaping the initial opportunity to driving delivery and embedding change. I thoroughly enjoy applying my experience to help organisations solve challenging problems and deliver exceptional outcomes.
