I am an outcome-focused Programme Director with 25+ years experience delivering large-scale, technology-enabled transformation across Financial Services, Retail, and Technology.  I specialise in shaping and executing enterprise-wide digital, data, and platform strategies, partnering with C-suite stakeholders to define outcomes, establish governance, and deliver complex programmes at scale.  My experience spans ERP, HRIS, cloud, data, integration, and automation, with a strong track record of modernising legacy estates and embedding digital enabled operating models.

 

I lead high-performing teams and oversee multi-million-pound portfolios, ensuring disciplined delivery with clear accountability for time, cost, quality, and risk. I also focus on building capability—mentoring teams, strengthening delivery functions, and enabling sustainable change through a collaborative, people-centred leadership style.
