I joined Project One in 2014 having spent 20 years earning my spurs in the world of business change! I have specialised in leading large-scale complex transformation programmes, across a diverse assignment base from London Congestion Charging, Lloyds / HBoS Integration & Simplification, NAB Private Banking propositions & customer migration, through to call & contact centre outsources and operations, not forgetting my first Project One assignment of a data centre infrastructure upgrade! As you can tell I like a challenge, the messier the better.

What I enjoy most about working at Project One

I love working in a model that only provides clients with experienced people, people that you can trust to go that extra mile and face into the challenges that others shy away from.
