Proud to be a sponsor for the Women in Change awards 2025

Championing Purposeful Innovation and Women Driving Change

Project One was proud to sponsor the Best Female-Led Disruptive Technology category at the Women in Change Awards 2025, a powerful evening celebrating bold ideas, real-world impact, and the women leading transformation across industries.

A huge congratulations to Kelly McCabe, Morgan Fitzsimons, and the team at Perci Health, whose virtual cancer care model is not only disrupting the healthcare space but also delivering compassionate, human-centred support at scale. Their triple win was a testament to their vision, courage, and impact, and their story left a lasting impression on our judging panel.

This year’s awards built on the momentum of previous events, which continue to spotlight the often-unsung contributions of women in transformation and change roles. From technology and healthcare to finance and retail, we’re seeing more women step into visible leadership positions, bringing empathy, innovation, and resilience to complex challenges. What’s most inspiring is the sense of community and collaboration that underpins these events. When women come together, sharing stories, lessons, and support, they don’t just drive change within organisations; they reshape industries for the better.

At Project One, we’re fortunate to have a team of highly experienced change professionals, both women and men, who partner with customers navigating complex change and transformation. We believe that the best outcomes come from diverse perspectives and inclusive leadership. The success stories we heard at the Women in Change Awards reaffirmed that belief.

Special thanks to Emma Anderson, Jo Battam, and Olivia Stott-Briggs (Egea) for representing Project One on the judging panel and for championing excellence throughout the process. And for sharing their insight in the Women In Change publication here.

We’re proud to be part of a growing movement that recognises and elevates women in change. Here’s to the trailblazers, the challengers, and the collaborators coming together to create a future that works better for everyone.
